Just when I thought I could post stuff more often.... Updates may be a bit scarce in the next few weeks. I have a few different projects and shoots from different classes all due within a week of each other. Ugh. Sorry folks. I'd meant to update this past weekend, but I didn't get a chance to do so. Back from a bit of a hiatus. Had a nasty case of burnout lately with all that's been going on IRL. But I'm back, so regular updates shall resume. :) A problem though: Apparently my e-mail has been eating up messages right and left. No wonder my inbox has been so empty recently If you've e-mailed me in the last few weeks and received no response, please try my alternate address: hakubaikou1@gmail.com. Hopefully it'll get through this time. Gah! FANFICS Quite a few chapter updates. Most of these were from the summer. Sorry for the delay! Chapter 9 of Akai Kitsune's Diary of a Manslayer has been added. Akai Kitsune has a way of packing a lot of characterization into just a few words. This latest chapter is filled with some wonderful metaphors. Chapter 8 of Angrybee's silly epic The Hitokiri Stainmaster is up. What can I say about this one? Weird and nutty doesn't begin to describe it.... The Epilogue of Conspirator's fic, An Unexpected Lesson, adds a wonderful ending and sense of closure to a really marvelous story. A nice blend of angst and humor in this last chapter really brings the whole fic to a wonderful end. Chapters 6 and 7 of Terry L. McElrath's action epic, Kyuushutsu are up. The plot thickens, the body count rises, and through it all, the hitokiri continues his relentless search for the missing Katsura-san. FANART Siobhan has five awesome new pics ranging from a whacky pic of Sano and Anji bopping each other senseless to a creepy pic of Jinei to a lovely pic of Shishio and Yumi... and much more. Wonderful drawings with great shading and color. Artist secretarytocapt3 has a cool new pic of everybody's favorite Wolf of Mibu in sunglasses. The look suits him. Hee! Anithene has a pretty new fanart of Soujirou and Misao. This one is inspired by constellations. I like the partially abstract look of the pic. Artist oNElASTwHISPER has a cool new pic of Kaoru. I like the movement in the piece, especially the ribbon floating in the wind. Benjamin Constantinides has a nice new pic of Kenshin. I like the determined look of his face and the bold bright colors. WALLPAPERS Author-chan has two cool new walls. One of them, oddly enough, is a chibi pic of Gein. Yeah, you heard me. Chibi. Gein. And the other is a wonderfully dark monochrome of Battousai and Tomoe. The Narrator has a cool new wall of Battousai. I like the rich background of this one.
