2007 RK FANART CONTEST ENTRY FORM

	Do NOT add my artwork to the regular fanart gallery, and do NOT include me as a site contributor.

	Check this box if your birthday is on or after July 31, 1993. Artists under 14 are eligible for BOTH the main "adult" categories and the Under 14 category. So it is to your advantage to check this if you qualify. Checking this will not hurt your chances for a prize in any way.
	Check this box if your art is based on a fan-fic. Leave the box empty if your art is NOT from a fan-fic.

	Yes, I already got permission from the fan fic author for me to submit artwork from their story.
Note from HB: Permission is REQUIRED before I will post your submission as a contest entry. You don't have to provide proof that you obtained permission from the author, but you must have really asked. And if any author contacts me complaining about an image based on their story that was done without permission, then that image will be disqualified.

Preferred method 1: Picture is online
	My picture is hosted on-line. The URL is listed below:
	Use this option if you have your artwork hosted at your own webspace. If you don't have your own webspace for picture storage, you can get FREE storage space at Photobucket.com. It's easy to use. TinyPic.com is another FREE site that allows you to store pictures on-line. TinyPic.com does NOT require you to sign up. You can just upload one single picture. It's probably even easier than Photobucket, but the picture will not be associated with you, so that's a risk to consider.
Preferred method 2: DeviantArt page
	My picture is hosted at DeviantArt. The PAGE URL is listed below:
	Please note: List the URL of the PAGE the art is on, NOT the URL of the image itself. DeviantArt does not allow direct linking to image files.
Method 3, NOT preferred. (Please use this only as a last resort. I strongly encourage you to use one of the above two methods.): E-mail attachment
